Information REQUIRED for online booking
A valid current credit card (MC/V, AMEX, DISCOVER) is needed to make all appointments.
The current phone number, email and mailing address for each booked guest.
The system will only allow you to book a total of 5 guests. If you are booking for 6 or more people then please contact our group booking agent at (310) 419-0200.
Each guest must be 13 years of age or older.
You may cancel your appointments online up to 24 hours prior to your first appointment. If your cancellation is less than 24 hours for all individual services, you will be charged half of the cost of your service. You will be charged half of the cost of the Package or service combination if your cancellation is less than 48 hours from appointment day.
