Due to the popularity and demand for Healthy Living's services, we would appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
Scheduling Policy
Since the recent overwhelming demands for appointments have doubled, you will be required to either pay in advance with a credit card or cash to make your appointment.
Cancellation Policy
A 24 hour cancellation notice is required for all individual services. You will be charged half of the cost of your service if your cancellation is less than 24 hours for all individual services.
A 48 hour cancellation notice is required for all Packages and any service combination. You will be charged half of the cost of the Package or service combination if your cancellation is less than 48 hours from appointment day.
Advance cash payments will have 48 hours to reclaim the balance. If no contact is made to collect balance, Healthy Living will not refund. No exceptions.
Gift Certificate Policy
Gift Certificates are not refundable and must be presented at Healthy Living at the time service is rendered. Lost, misplaced or stolen certificates are not refundable, replaceable or valid.
Client Age Policy
Healthy Living is dedicated to providing tranquil environment. In order to achieve this, any guests under the age of 13 must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 21 during their stay.
