Change the Course of Your Body and Your Body Destiny Steps to Stop Overeating

Any time you begin a weight loss program or anything that alters the state of your body and the body's chemistry, you should consult your doctor or your qualified Natural Healing practitioner.

That being said, you must know your body. I cannot stress enough that when you educate yourself regarding your body and your body's issues you come from a place of power and not from fear. Research everything you hear especially if it sounds too good to be true or if it's too outrageous to be true.

As you demand the powers of sub-conscience to over-rule the immediate fears remember, you are in charge, you are now in control. Stand back and view yourself from a short distance and you will see that life is as good as you want it to be. Get out of the state of fear.

I witness many people with health issues daily and what I see are repeated issues with repeated fears, anxieties, and lack of knowledge. Come from a place of power. So many people give their power away. Whose body is it?

Just know that the steps to overcoming overeating and ultimately lose weight, are essentially a life style change, not a diet.

- Step 1 Clean all the channels of eliminations.

- Step 2 Learn the rules of digestion.

- Step 3 What exercises are good and why.

- Step 4 Keep your mind clear by participating/engaging/developing a daily practice to include meditation.

- Step 5 Get rid of the excess baggage in your life.

- Step 6 Set your goals.

- Step 7 Purchase and read these books "The Diet Cure" by Julia Ross. Do you wish to stop the sugar cravings? Read "The Cure" by Timothy Brantley "pH Miracle" by Dr. Robert Young.

It takes the human body 30 days to make or break a habit. Indeed, for those of you who have no excuse, no children, and no financial issues, have a great job or career and who look good but are hung up on a boyfriend or girlfriend and are allowing your emotions to control you, I say, get a life and get it together. The rest of you, let's work it out.

Start with forgiving yourself for each let down.
